Computational Hydraulics and Transport LLC (CHT) is a small Federal HUBZONE engineering consulting and numerical modeling company located in Edwards, Mississippi.

CHT specializes in developing and applying numerical models to solve real world water resources problems. CHT Partners and Associates possess many years of experience in developing and/or applying one-dimensional (1D), two-dimensional (2D) (laterally-averaged and vertically-averaged), and three-dimensional (3D) free surface hydrodynamic, water quality, and sediment transport numerical models in coastal areas, estuaries, rivers, and lakes, along with numerical models for upland erosion, sediment transport, and water quality in watersheds.

In addition, company employees have many years of experience in developing and applying numerical models to predict the fate of dredged material both at the disposal site, as well as at the dredging site.

Other capabilities include storm surge and frequency of occurrence modeling along the nation’s coasts, as well as providing guidance on physical modeling.
